A short video showing the modifications we'll see in the upcoming "premium" Optimus Prime figure. Looks like that sword arm is extra-sharp, which is absolutely crazy for a Hasbro toy. It also looks like it's got a remolded head, and makes the classic G1 transformation sound when you activate the automorph feature.

I'm thrilled to have found a site hosting the original ending for last summer's I Am Legend. This is the ending included on the special edition DVD, and it makes for a completely different film. It maintains the original meaning of the title, where the theatrical release makes the meaning far more generic. Like this reviewer, I loved the movie regardless, but if they'd released it with this ending, it would have been so much better

The cast of Spongebob Squarepants (Tom Kenny, Rodger Bumpass, Carolyn Lawrence and Bill Fagerbakke), produced this beautiful voiceover for the Annie Awards, apparently to prove they shouldn't be stereotyped as their Spongebob characters. We Transformers fans don't think that Tom Kenny is typecast; he also plays a fantastic Starscream. Oh, wait.

I'm generally a big fan of "how we got there" stories, even when I already know the story's eventual outcome. But I'm just not sure how much potential for dramatic tension there is in this premise.
