With today's run out of the way, this week is over. This was a good week: I stuck to the plan I decided on at the beginning of the week, except for switching Friday's planned rest day to Thursday to help deal with some stomach troubles. I ran almost 3/4 of a mile further this week in a little less total time, bringing my average pace down to 9:52/mile from 10:18/mile, where it was last week.
Next week is the last one before I start the Hal Higdon 5K intermediate training plan. The workouts will echo those from this week, but just a little bit faster.
